You may find these points in job postings for executives or directors:
- Have you been successful as an executive?
- Do you have record of achievements within your industry?
- Do you know how to creating an environment where employees do their best to reach the overall objectives of the organization?
- Are you result oriented? Do you have the passion for an effective delivery?
- Can you Manage and lead people and organize resources to meet time-lines, budgets and strategic requirements.
- Are you a proven leader? Have you turned organization strategies into reality?
- Have you demonstrated your creative problem solving skills and implementation skills to successfully meet planned challenges?
- Can you communicate corporate goals and objectives clearly with employees and inspire for reaching goals?
- Can you bring together and motivate staff and mangers so that as a team, they accomplish more?
These above are just some of the qualities that may be required from high level executive. If you do have relevant qualities, you must express/present them in your resume.
